I am...

a social butterfly, and adore both big and small dogs. I crave all the scratches and attention from my human pals. I am especially fond of children.

I also love being doused with a gentle mist from the water hose to cool off in the summer heat (mist setting only, please and thank you!)

My perfect day...

Lounging in the sun, enjoying meals and snacks, taking short walks, and cuddling on the couch watching TV.

Things to know about me...

Once Joey warms up to you, he becomes a spunky little bundle of joy, always up for a good time.

While Joey does battle the typical skin allergies that come with being a purebred English Bulldog, he is crate and leash trained, making him a breeze to care for. He is neutered, up-to-date on all vaccinations, and has been microchipped for added security.

My history..

Meet Joey! This sweet boy was found wandering rural farmland in this intense Sacramento spring heat. Battling a terrible skin infection & ear infection (so bad he had a cauliflower ear) he needed immediate medical attention. Being brachycephalic, even the low 80s is enough to send a bulldog like Joey into respiratory distress!
