Formerly known as Wiz, Tigger is an approximately 5.5-month-old pittie mix who has already overcome more than any puppy should. He was rescued from a Southern California shelter on what was supposed to be his final day after being labeled “aggressive.” However, the sweet, playful puppy we met couldn’t be further from that description.

At around 40 pounds, Tigger is a goofy, affectionate, dog-friendly boy with a huge personality and an even bigger heart. He loves people, enjoys making new dog friends, and is always ready to play, explore, or soak up some love. He is eager to learn and is currently working on potty training and crate training.

Tigger is neutered, officially adoptable, and searching for either a loving foster home or the forever family he deserves. He is also scheduled to begin a board-and-train program at the beginning of fall, where he will continue building his confidence, practicing good manners, and learning the skills he needs to thrive.

After everything Tigger has been through, he deserves the opportunity to grow up knowing that he is safe, loved, and wanted.
